Objective

Drive our online acquisition strategy and web optimisation initiatives to attract, delight and acquire new QuickBooks customers throughout the UK.

Explore new ways of optimising the E2E experience to improve the conversion rate through innovative tests and by leveraging industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the quickbooks.co.uk website strategy, web testing roadmap and expansion of our online acquisition activities.

You will also manage a marketing manager tasked with driving our online acquisition activities in partnership with media agencies.

Scope, plan and deliver industry-leading integrated digital campaigns

Prepare web sales forecast, promotion schedule and budget plan to deliver growth targets

Monitor campaign KPIs on a daily basis and produce weekly performance reports

Build a thorough understanding of the customer base, competitive market, market trends along with the ability to analyse sales and site performance to determine the best course of action.

Qualifications

Experience/Skills

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial and analytical skills that has a clear understanding of how both online and offline customer experiences need to work together to deliver results.

You will also be an outstanding communicator that can effectively manage expectations vertically throughout the organisation.

Proven experience running a successful eCommerce site - ideally for a SaaS technology company

Strong analytical skills and comfortable with using web analytics tools

Attention to detail and data accuracy whilst multi-tasking

Proven networking/cross-functional skillset

Ability to coach and manage direct reports
