My client has an opening for an experienced Campaign Manager with a track record of managing successful campaigns and a deep understanding of customer segmentation. This is a hands-on multi-channel consumer facing marketing role, reporting to the CRM manager. You’ll be responsible for the planning, building and delivery of multichannel CRM campaigns and associated activities with the aim of improving key metrics for lifetime value, churn and engagement through a series of tactical and strategic communication projects. This will be delivered through robust testing plans, results analysis and the use of customer and market insights.of specific responsibility

  • Develop and lead the communication planning of product launches and tariff variations
  • Drive test & learn program
  • Leverage digital channels to support deployment of campaigns as appropriate
  • Use customer segmentation to drive retention and increase life-time value
  • Draft new or enhance existing copy for campaigns utilising briefing template; coordinating with internal stakeholders for sign off and deployment.
  • Outline a segmented eCRM programme of activity to improve levels of customer engagement, reduce churn and increase CLV
  • Establish KPIs and implement evaluation methodologies to measure and improve effectiveness of all activity.
  • Work with the data analysis team to improve customer experience.
  • Report on campaign performance, and use data/analytics to validate suggestions.
  • Manage and improve core communication in the customer journey, ensuring consistency with brand values and tone of voice
  • Project manage key internal projects, building and maintaining key relationships with internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes, customer-facing tools and communications and find ways to improve them to increase retention rates.
  • Mentor more junior members of the team
  • Maintain the communication audit and customer journey flow, highlighting any gaps or enhancements

Person Specification

  • Ability to make commercial recommendations based upon customer and market analysis / insight
  • This is a true concept to delivery role, where the successful candidate will be self-sufficient
  • Experience of planning, creating and delivering data driven customer communication plans and multi-channel CRM strategies (email, SMS, push notifications, outbound, direct mail)
  • Good understanding of life time value principles
  • Well versed with the delivery of continuous test and learn campaigns, use of personalisation, and segmentation to continuously seek ways to improve campaign performance
  • Experience in campaign tracking, analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, numerical analysis and communication skills (copy writing an advantage)
  • Project management capability to ensure delivery of multiple / overlapping streams of work to deadlines
  • Passion for customer-centric communications, inquisitive and who doesn’t shy away from researching and suggesting new ways of engaging with customers
  • Strong and vibrant personality who is confident and comfortable articulating key messages to a senior audience
